Rock Garden

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10%.
  • 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
  • In case of no-show, no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation by the Company:
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies.
  • In such cases, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
